Our suppliers

Our Anglesey Apple Juice is made from fruits grown in the producers’ family orchard in Dwyran, where the trees are tended by hand, naturally fertilized and never sprayed with chemicals, and are pollinated by wild insects and honey bees.

Our eggs are all free range and from a farm just outside Llangefni, supplied by Emlyn & Edwina Williams who have been supplying hotels, restaurants and shops in Anglesey for over 35 years.

Our smoked fish is smoked at Cwt Mwg Smokehouse in Dulas, where all fish is sustainably-sourced and smoked in modern stainless steel kilns.

Our meat comes from E.T. Jones & Sons & Daughters and is a multi-award winning butchers, who use top quality produce which they personally select from local farms. It is a traditional family run business and is in the hands of its 3rd & 4th generations. With full traceability from “Grass to Gravy”, they also have a small abattoir in the back and all meat comes from livestock that is farmed within a 10 mile radius of the shop which ensures all the animals are stress free for maximum flavuor and tenderness.

Mini pots of the award-winning Halen Mon salt (natural Anglesey sea salt) and their specially selected cracked black peppercorns grace our breakfast tables which are also available for purchase from our “shop”, so you can take away a memento of your stay on Anglesey.

Our butter is locally and lovingly produced by Julie Morgan of Melyn Mon and seasoned with Halen Mon salt. It is hand made in small batches each one blended individually using the finest Welsh butter which comes from cows that are pasture fed, and luckily our Welsh pastures are lush and green so make the best traditionally churned butter of all!

Our bread is supplied by the ‘Bread Basket’ of Holyhead. A family run business which was established over 125 years ago and today, the bakery is in the trusted hands of a 4th generation of the Williams family. The bread is freshly baked and sliced for us on site.

We use Llaeth Y Llan yoghurt which has been produced by Gareth Roberts and his family from their old farmhouse in North Wales since the 1980’s and to this day they still use wholesome Welsh milk.
